Free insulation could be available to every householder due to additional levels of funding secured by PCL however those who meet the following criteria, will certainly qualify for free insulation.
- Working Tax Credit (with a disability element and household income of less than £16,040)
- Child Tax Credit (with a household income of less than £16,040)
- Income support (which must include a disability element).
- Council Tax Benefit (which must include a disability element).
- Housing Benefit (which must include a disability element).
- Income Based Jobseekers Allowance.
- Disabled Persons Tax Credit.
- Attendance Allowance.
- Disability Living Allowance.
- Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit.
- Pension Credit.
- War Disablement Pension.
- Severe Disablement Allowance.
