Welcome to PCL Energy Services. We offer a wide range of energy and environmental services aimed at social housing providers, from our award winning void property energy management scheme and our Energy Performance Certificate scheme, to several small scale local projects.

We work in close partnership with our RSL Partners, with an aim to deliver a wide range of energy and fuel poverty related projects and services.
