Our CERT Grant Scheme is a great opportunity for Social Landlords to improve your Housing Stocks Energy Efficiency.

The Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) was launched in April 2008, and requires all major energy suppliers in the UK to meet targets for reducing domestic carbon emissions, with a heavy focus on the priority groups. The amount energy suppliers are expected to spend in order to meet their targets is around £2 Billion. This represents a sizable opportunity for Local Authorities and other Registered Social Landlords & private landlords to gain investment in improving the energy efficiency and ratings of its housing stock.

Our staff has a large degree of expertise and longstanding experience in the CERT and previous EEC grant mechanisms and are able to leverage funding from utilities to help fund your energy saving projects. Typically our grants are higher than those obtained by other agents due to our longstanding relationships with energy providers and long standing experience.
